FxPx is an AI-powered photo editing platform that provides tools for image enhancement, background removal, resizing, filtering, and other photo editing capabilities. The service is provided through a web application and browser extension.
3. User Accounts

- Credits do not roll over between billing periods

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

In no event shall FxPx be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
